You do not have to take our word for any of this. There is a public page for every one of the 203,449 planning applications on the register, carrying the council's own reasoning where it was refused — readable without an account, and checkable against the council's own file.

How much does Precedent cost?

€195 a month per login, with a minimum term of 12 months. There is one plan and everything in the platform is in it.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. Subscriptions run for a minimum of 12 months. There is no self-serve checkout yet — billing is still being built, so access is arranged and invoiced directly until it is ready.

What happens in the demo?

A short call with the founder, on real sites in the county you work in. About twenty minutes — you will know by the end whether it is any use to you. Booking one commits you to nothing.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once your subscription is arranged we create your account. You sign in with your email address — there is no password to set and nothing to install.

How up to date is the data?

Planning data was last refreshed on 20 October 2026 and the zoning layer on 24 February 2026. Subsoil is queried live each time you check a site. We print dates rather than promise a cadence, so you can always see how current it is.

Can I buy a report for a single site?

No. The one-off Planning Feasibility & Risk Report was withdrawn in favour of the platform, and is no longer sold.
