The proposed development will consist of: Change of use of existing ground floor unit from use as a retail bank branch to use as a restaurant to accommodate a Base Wood Fired Pizza bakery for the sale of hot food for consumption on and off the premises. Development works to include reinstatement of the shopfront, replacement signage on existing sign boards and modifications to internal layouts & internal services. The addition of a flue and cooling tank to serve the proposed oven, located on the roof of the single storey existing extension to the rear of the premises. The construction of a secure entrance lobby for the existing stairs, providing new access to the first floor from the laneway. The total development area is 215 msq on a site area of 330msq.
