(B) Elevational alterations to the western and southern façade of the approved western flat roof extension, including a brick outer leaf in lieu of the approved rendered finish. (C) A proposed new slate-finished dormer structure at attic level of the existing Block B building to accommodate a new plant room. (D) 3 no. proposed rooflights to the western facing roof slope of the existing Block b building.
