For a change of use retention planning permission from a use associated with the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind to Early Year's Service/Preschool for ChildVision, the National Education Centre for Blind Children. The area involved is a partial area of the ground floor to the southern side of the campus and now comprises (I) Playroom, (II) Asssessment rooms, (III) Offices, and (IV) General facilities, with all associated ancillary works.
