The development will consist of the importation and spreading of inert material (Clays / Stone and Soils ) over lands consisting of 11.387 hectare for the purposes of land recovery for agricultural activity, together with all ancillary works, including remedial works to the existing laneway, to provide access to the proposed development from the existing entrance on the Ballyfolan Road (L7002)
