PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of i) The retention of the existing Velux window located on the front pane of the projecting gable fronted roof. ii) Permission for a new 3970 mm wide vehicular entrance in place of the existing pedestrian entrance to the front of the property for 2x off street car parking spaces. This will include alterations to the wall, construction of a new pillar to match the existing, dished access at the pavement at the front of the property and landscaping. iii) All associated ancillary site works.
