The proposed development will consist of: I. The demolition of three derelict ruinous structures -one previously used as a gym. II. IV. The provision of vehicular and pedestrian access via, The Crescent, O'Devaney Gardens; and V. SuDS and foul drainage, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development.
