Permission for the removal of (i) the existing east facing kitchen bay window and wall. (ii) the existing east and south facing wall to existing bootroom/shed to the northern side of existing dwelling and the construction of (i) a two storey extension to the northern side of the dwelling to include a part single storey extension to the eastern of this extension, (ii) modifications and extension to existing bootroom/shed to include a new east facing wall and roof lights with elevational changes and internal alterations to suit. Permission is also sought for the addition of 1 no. roof light to the existing northern facing roof, and 2no. roof lights to the existing western facing roof with all ancillary site development works.
