Development will consist of the erection of a residential building containing two apartments, (to be served by a communal entrance), each accommodating one unit containing one bedroom and one dwelling containing two bedrooms, each also having a combined kitchen/living/dining area and ancillary bathroom and storage facilities, as well as two external refuse stores and two rooftop terraces (containing 7.8 sq. metres and 8.0 sq.metres respectively), including all site works, such as the demolition of the existing boundary wall (which separates this site from Clontarf Park) and connections to the public water supply and sewage systems.
