Permission is sought for alterations to existing planning application granted under TP. 20/39055 and ABP 307485-20 namely (A) The construction of a first floor annex extension to Apartment 5 to the side (west) elevation of Drumcora House (change from one-bedroom apartment to two-bedroom apartment), (B) The omission of the passenger lift and associated lobby within Drumcora House, (C) Provision of own door access to ground floor apartments 1 and 2 within Drumcora House, (D)Alterations to layout of Apartment 9 and 10 on second and third floor of Drumcora House to allow for the continuation of the main stairs to the third floor for fire escape purposes (change from 2 no. 2-bedroom duplex units to 1 no. 2-bedroom duplex unit and 1 no. 1-bedroom maisonette), (E) Omission of ground floor plant room and incorporation of this area into apartment 3 within eastern extension to Drumcora House, (F) The inclusion of 3 no. en-suite windows on western elevation of eastern extension of Drumcora House at ground and 1st floors (Apartments 3, 4 and 8), (G) The inclusion of 1 no. bedroom window on the northern elevation of the eastern extension of Drumcora House at ground floor (Apartment 2), (H) The inclusion of 5 no. roof lights and 1 no. automatically opening vent to the flat roof of the eastern extension to Drumcora House, (I) The inclusion of 2 no. roof lights to the southern elevation and 1 no. automatically opening vent to the northern elevation of Drumcora House, (J) Alteration to the bike stores to include additional storage for apartments, (K) All necessary and ancillary works to facilitate the proposed changes.
