Permission & Retention: The development consists of the retention existing two storey pitched roof extension to the side of the existing house which includes two self-contained units with separate access to the main dwelling. Alterations to existing front boundary wall to form two new separate vehicular accesses to the front of the main dwelling and self-contained units attached to the main dwelling. The development is to include all ancillary site works and drainage and landscaping as required.
