Permission for development which is an end of terrace. The proposed development comprises; Construction of a part single storey and part 2 storey end of terrace dwelling to side (north west) of existing end of terrace dwelling, new low level front boundary wall and new driveway off Ribh Road for the proposed dwelling; modifications to existing end of terrace dwelling to facilitate construction of the new dwelling including relocation of the existing front door from the side (north west) to the front (south west) elevation and internal alterations, demolition of existing detached single storey external shed to rear of existing dwelling, new driveway off Ribh Road for existing dwelling; new rear boundary wall to subdivide existing garden between proposed and existing dwellings & all associated siteworks to facilitate the development. The proposed design is a modification of Outline Permission granted for this site under Reg Ref: WEB1096/20 for a proposed 2 storey end of terrace dwelling.
