Permission is sought for refurbishment and remodeling of dwelling façade to include new windows, doors and exterior plaster finish to all faces. Retention of rear first floor extension and side front extension of original dwelling including a new slated pitch roof to replace the flat roof of front side extension. Included is a new front boundary wall which retains its existing openings.
