Development includes the demolition of existing turnstile pavilion and other minor demolitions, construction of partial extension over existing roof terrace at the third floor level, change of use/extension of use at ground floor level to provide for exhibition space, offices, sports bar / restaurant and coffee shop inclusive of outdoor seating and external landscaping and elevation upgrades to main entrance and stadium building inclusive of signage and lighting together with internal modifications throughout.
