The development will consist of the construction of an extension to the front and side at first floor and an extension to the rear at attic level. At first floor the alterations will include internal layout changes, reconfigured windows to the side (east) and front (north). It will also include relocating the family bathroom. At attic level a new dormer extension is proposed to the rear. It will include internal alterations a new rooflight to the side (east) and reconfiguration of the roof. The development will include all associated site works and services.
