The development will consist of: The demolition of a derelict former OLV Youth Centre (1/2 storey c 560m2) and the construction of 6 no. residential units for older persons in 2 Blocks. The proposed two apartment Blocks which contain the apartments are two storey to the front with a single storey to the rear. The total development comprises of the construction of 6 no residential units in total for older persons in two Blocks. The development consists of 4 apartments in a 2 storey block to the front with 4 units (2no. x1bed, 2no.x2bed) and a single storey block to rear with 2 units (2no.x1bed bungalows) (total gross area c.370 m2), 5no. parking spaces (Inc. 4 disabled accessible spaces), 6 no. secure cycle spaces, a segregated refuse area, boundary treatments and paving, and landscaping to the front and to the central courtyard, a side access gate, and all associated site works.
