Development will consist of the construction of a new rear deck to an existing café. The works will include a) A new rear deck at ground floor level to facilitate outdoor seating b) Internal modifications to the ground floor to allow access to proposed rear deck c) Demolition of the lower ground floor entrance porch d) A new covered external lower ground floor area by virtue of the new rear ground floor deck e) All ancillary site works to facilitate this development.
