Permission for (1) The construction of new single-storey extension to the upper floor level of existing split-level dwelling house, to the west facing elevation. The new proposed extension will include a balcony to the rear elevation (south facing elevation) and a 2nd entrance door to the front elevation (north facing elevation); (2) Decommissioning of existing septic tank and installation of new waste-water treatment system on site to serve the dwelling house; (3) All associated ancillary site works and (4) Permission for retention is also sought for minor alterations to existing elevations and extensions to dwelling house, as constructed.
