Permission for the following alterations to 6 Cornmarket Street (A Protected Structure), namely; change of use of the first floor from storage to restaurant, the change of use of second and third floors from storage to offices and meeting room, the construction of a first floor rooftop extension to the rear elevation for use as restaurant and ancillary facilities, and the construction of a trolley lift from the ground floor retail space to rooftop. The application also includes the seeking of permission for retention of the use of the flat roof over 6 Cornmarket Street and 13 Dalton's Avenue as a rooftop garden for agricultural purposes including external access/egress stairs on Dalton's Avenue elevation, timber finished roof top guarding, refuse storage and security fence on Dalton's Avenue.
