No. 20/989 (ABP-310373-21), to serve the proposed development, • Removal of existing ruin on site, • Connection to public mains water infrastructure, including connection to existing surface water, foul drainage networks and connection to sewerage pumping station (permitted under ABP-310373-21) to serve the proposed development, • Provision of communal open space areas, private open space, bicycle parking, footpaths, public lighting, soft and hard landscaping, revised boundary treatments, together with all associated site works and services.
