to carry out the following development at Monastery Lane, Ennistymon, Co Clare. Demolition of dangerous/derelict structures, site clearance and provision of public car park. The proposed development will include: 1) Demolition of existing dangerous/derelict structures. 2) Site Clearance and provision of public car park. 3) Installation of new public light columns. 4) Provision of electric vehicle charging points. 5) All ancillary site works. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. These works area located within the Ennistymon Architectural Conservation Area (ACA) and would materially affect the character of the ACA.
