Permission for the removal of the existing single-storey extension to the rear of the existing detached house and the construction of a new part single-story part two-storey extension in its place. The proposed works will also include a dormer window to the rear at first floor and 6 new rooflights to the side and rear together with all associated works to the existing house to facilitate the proposed extension including site development works, landscaping and boundary treatment.
