Permission for a proposed energy efficient deep retrofit of the external building fabric to the existing multi purpose Melbourn building at 53 Melbourn Road, Bishopstown,Cork T12 P594. It is proposed to upgrade existing external walls / roofs and windows and doors with new energy efficient cladding panels / new glazing and new external wall insulation and the provision of a new external roof access stair to the northern elevation. No internal modifications are proposed.
