RETENTION: The development will consist of retention of unauthorised signage/branding works on the front elevation of the subject building at ground floor level comprising: i) a painted border surrounding the building entrance and adjoining 2 no. windows; (ii) a signage panel with associated paintwork atop the building entrance; and (iii) advertising signage located within the centre of the arch window atop the building entrance.
