Permission is sought for the extension and alterations of existing semi-detached dwelling. The development will consist of the following principal elements: 1) Construction of a new two storey extension with pitched roof to the side & rear and a single storey extension with flat roof & roof light to the rear & side. 2) Alterations to internal layout, main roof and elevations. 3) Increase in width of the existing vehicular extrance to 3.5m and alteration to existing front garden to create an additional car parking space. 4) Demolition of existing single storey rear extension & existing garage and all associated landscaping and ancillary works.
