Permission for modifications to the existing two storey, 3 bed, terraced house and the development of an additional two storey house adjoining the existing house. Works to the existing house will include: demolition of the existing garage and extensions at the rear and side and restoration of the house into a 2 storey, 2-bed dwelling including the re-instatement of the front door to it's original position on the front elevation and the construction of a new two-storey rear extension and a new re-positioned access gate to the rear lane. Also the construction of a new 2 storey, 3-bed dwelling to the side of the existing house and and all associated site works, including the demolition of part of the garden wall and the relocation of the garden gate.
