Permission for modifications to the student accommodation development (previously permitted under Cork City Councils Ref's 15/36663, 17/37329, 18/38086, 19/38242 and 19/38544) at the site of the Former Coca Cola Bottling Plant, Carrigrohane Road, Cork. The proposed modifications includes the following: (1) Addition of 2 no. windows to the western elevation at ground Floor level of Block B; (2) Relocation of a window from the north elevation to the west elevation on the 6th floor and 7th floor in Block B; (3) Partial change to the façade materials from pre-cast concrete panels to bricks panels; (4) Addition of glazing to the amenity area at ground floor level; (5) Replacement of glass balustrades on balconies with metal/brick balustrades; (6) Omission of canopy within the external terrace area; (7) provision of additional rooftop plant and screen; (8) Omission of 1 no. window in the eastern elevation of Block A at ground floor level and omission of 2 no. windows at first floor level of Block B on the eastern and northern elevations and omission of 1 no. window in the northern elevation of Block B at 6th and 7th floor level; (9) Reconfiguration of the ground floor layout including the amenity area, relocation of switch room/ESB substation and increase in bin store; (10) Relocation of external bicycle parking; (11) The provision of 4 no. signs on the northern, southerm, western and eastern elevations and 1 no. free standing totem sign; (12) The omission of a gate to the courtyard entrance and provision of bollards and (13) All associated plan and elevational changes and ancillary development.
