Permission for the construction of alterations to the existing shopfront including the provision of signage. The proposed development is designed to replace the existing c. 1980s timber shopfront, with a new shopfront clad in a 'glass-like' material (Vitrolite or equivalent) and bronze finish to display window frames. The existing timber doorset and fanlight is to be retained and repaired including splice repairs of existing timber door and surrounding doorset, new ironmongery and painted finish. Permission is sought for the above and all associated site development works.
