The proposed development will consist of amendments to the student accommodation granted under register references 1456/03 and 3979/19 to provide for a total of 200 no. bed spaces comprising: (1) the reconfiguration of the existing three and 1 no. five bedroom clusters on the ground, first, second and third floors in Blocks A and B to provide seven bedroom clusters and 1 no. three bed cluster; (2) the reconfiguration of the approved six bedroom cluster in part of the ground floor of Block C to provide 2 no. one bed studio units; (3) amendments to the design details and materials of the fifth floor extension to and rear elevation of Block C approved under register reference 3979/19; (4) the reconfiguration of the basement to accommodate 6 no. car parking spaces (including 3 no. EV charging spaces and 1 no. disabled space), 240 no. cycle parking spaces., plant rooms and bin stores.
