The proposed development will include provision of a public plaza, space for temporary bike hire facilities, car parking spaces, universal access parking, electric vehicle charging points, coach and mini bus parking facilities, additional public realm elements including benches, bins, bike stands, bike repair station, and finally the provision of a new signalized pedestrian and cycle crossing point on Station Road which will provide a safe connection from the existing Bishops Court trail to the Greenway Hub
