Permission sought to build a two storey extension to side and rear of existing house, comprising ground floor, new porch to front, lounge, utility and kitchen extension to side and rear first floor, one no. bedroom and en-suite, and one no. bedroom, to side and rear. It is proposed to build the ground floor as Phase 1. and at a later stage within the lifetime of the planning to complete the first floor Phase 2.
