PERMISSION & RETENTION: Permission for retention and completion of the following works; a) for demolition and removal of an existing ground floor extension area, b) construction of enlarged ground floor extension area, c) construction of first floor extension area, containing a bedroom and storage area internally, with rear elevation window; d) alteration to an existing window, reduced in height, at first floor level to the existing rear elevation, and permission for the following works; e) construction of a new window ope at first floor level to the existing rear elevation.
