The development will consist of:
a) construction of one new single storey dwelling, b) new wastewater treatment system c/w tertiary treatment unit to EN12566-3+7, as EPA CoP 2021, PIA Approved, c) new entrance piers & driveway with fencing, c/w partial hedge removal and landscaping.
