The development will consist of: (a) construction of a single-storey gym building having a gross floor area of approximately 180 sq.m; (b) construction of a single-storey senior ladies dressing room facility adjacent including associated changing, shower and toilet facilities having a gross floor area of approximately 60 sq.m; (c) construction of a single-storey storage shed for club equipment having a gross floor area of approximately 160 sq.m; (d) installation of 4 no. 21 metre high floodlighting columns complete with LED sports luminaires serving the rear training pitch; (e) associated underground ducting, switchgear, electrical infrastructure and concrete foundations; (f) connection to existing on-site services; and (g) associated footpaths, hardstanding, drainage works, landscaping, boundary treatments and all ancillary site development works.
