Laurence and Sarah Flood intend to apply for permission for development at No. 34 Vernon Park, Clontarf, Dublin 3 D03 XW63. The development will comprise modifications to the existing permission (DCC Reg. Ref. WEB2314/24) to seek the removal of Condition 4 and to provide a revised first floor level extension (c.16.3m2) to the dwelling along with all associated site service connections, hard and soft landscaping and associated site works. The remainder of the development permitted under Reg. Ref. WEB2314/24 will remain unaltered by way of this planning application.
