RETAIN works and complete works carried out for development to include: (1) the removal of the existing rear pitched roof and the construction of a new first floor rear extension with a new pitched roof over the existing dwelling and new first floor extension, including build up gable walls to u/side of new roof. The new pitched roof ridge level (over existing dwelling and new extension) is 1.59M higher than the existing pitched roof ridge level. When completed the existing dwelling and extension will become a 4-bedroom dwelling, the existing dwelling is currently 2-bedrooms (2) the construction of a 2-storey pitched roof front extension to the existing dwelling (3) and all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development. PLANNING PERMISSION is sought for (4) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area
