Retention permission to retain as constructed changes to dwelling house and site layout previously granted under file ref: number 03/1227. The changes consist of a pitched roof to the conservatory, quoin stones to elevations, the movement of windows to rear elevation with a change to ground floor plan to include as constructed basement, extension to garage and the alteration of site boundaries to include relocation of septic tank & percolation area and all associated site works
