Development consisting of: 1. Demolition of existing single storey utility room and boiler house, 2. Construction of a single storey extension to the rear to include a terrace area, 3. Conversion of the existing garage and basement storage area into 'granny flat' accommodation. This will include the construction of a basement level extension to the southern gable elevation. 4. Construction of new windows on the rear gable elevation and partially block up existing sitting room window on the southern gable elevation, 5. Carrying out of minor alterations to existing elevations as part of proposed upgrade works and 6. Reconnection to all existing site services and 7. Carrying out of all associated site development works deemed necessary
