for the importation of clean topsoil and subsoil into the subject site of 4.206 hectares in order that the site can be rendered suitable for planting native broadleaf forestry. It is proposed to improve approximately 3.653 ha of the site and it is estimated that this will require approximately 31,093 cubic metres of greenfield, inert soil and stone. The applicant also proposes to install a wheelwash, and carry out all ancillary site works. A Natura Impact Statement has been submitted with this application
