development to our property consisting of; the demolition of (a) the concrete rear first floor bathroom addition and supporting structure/external store at ground floor, (b) the two-storey stone lean-to extension on the north gable, (c) the corrugated metal lean-to roof and supporting structure/external store to the front of the house at the north end and (d) minor demolitions to parts of the front stone garden walls, at existing house. The proposed construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the existing house, a new two-storey extension to the north gable to replace the demolished lean-to extension, a new bedroom extension and link to the front of the main house to replace the corrugated roof and structure, a complete refurbishment of the house interior including new concrete ground floor and timber first floor, changes to internal layout at ground and first floor levels. Construction of a new corner window to the front of the existing living room, new windows to the front elevation and south gable. In addition, it is proposed to insulate the existing external fabric of the main house and porch and finishing with a lime render plaster and the installation of a new treatment system, percolation area and all necessary ancillary siteworks.
