Permission for a single storey extension to the rear of the property to give a larger kitchen/living/dining area at ground floor. The roof of the proposed extension is proposed as SUDS sedum roof finish, thus creating no additional rain run-off. The flat roof will contain a concealed skylight. The works will also include minor internal alterations, a new permeable paving patio to the rear garden area and minor ground works to the rear garden area for relocated drainage services. There are no works proposed to the front of the house
