The proposed works comprise the demolition of an existing single storey garage and utility room extension to the northern gable end, and the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the gable end and to the rear in lieu of same. The works will also comprise the formation of a new entrance porch to the front elevation, and the construction of a new single storey extension to southern gable end of the existing 2 storey dwelling, together with the conversion of the attic space and the provision of velux rooflights to the front and rear, and alterations to existing window openings to the front and rear elevations.
