Blocks type 5a and type 5b and with 4 no.1 bed apartments (nos 42-45) and 12 no. houses (nos 33-41, 46-48), replace 4 no. semi-detached units with 4 no. detached units along the western boundary (at proposed units 88-91) and slight reconfiguration of boundaries of permitted unit no. 64 (now proposed 87); amend the layout to facilitate a change of house types at numbers 19-25; slight reconfiguration of the rear gardens of permitted units 73-76 (now proposed renumbering as nos 15-18); revised landscaping throughout; connection to the permitted services under reg. ref. 20/1114; all associated development and site works
