Permission to retain as constructed changes to dwelling house and site layout previously granted under file ref No. 03/1227. The changes consist of a pitched roof to the conservatory, quoin stones to elevations, windows to side elevations at ground floor level and the movement of window to rear elevation with a change to ground floor plan to include as constructed basement, extension to garage and the alteration of site boundaries to include relocation of septic tank and percolation area and all associated site works
