1. Retention permission for development works carried out, in so far as they have been completed, to part of the existing nursing home including (i) alterations to the existing building layout and interior and associated alterations to the relevant external elevations and (ii) extension to the existing nursing home consisting of 3No. en-suite bedrooms and a plant/boiler room. 2. Permission is also sought to allow for the completion of said alterations and extension and all ancillary site development works and services.
