Permission for retention of changes to Light Industrial Unit previously granted planning permission under Planning Ref. No. 06/30719. These changes include (1) The subdivision of the single Light Industrial unit (462sqm) into 2 no. Light Industrial Units (219 & and 239sqm Units), (2) Changes to elevations and (3) 2 No. external signs to building elevations and (4) All associated site works. Permission is also sought for (1) New personal door to southern elevation and (2) 1 No. External sign to front (east) elevation of building. All of these works relate to Unit 10.
