(b) Construction of new buildings to rear comprising on ground floor of a café, kitchen, toilets, bin store and the construction of 14no. short term tourist accommodation units on the first and second floors. (c) Landscaping of a new open courtyard area and a new paved area connecting the proposed development and the existing carpark to rear, with street furniture and gates.
