Permission for: (1). Construction of a covered viewing shelter for wheelchair users on the pitch side of the dressing rooms located to the side of the main stand; (2). Construction of 1 No. new toilet block of approximately 79 square metres to provide sanitary facilities for the graveyard end terrace. This toilet block will be located on the north-east corner of the Athlone Road Terrace; (3). Revisions to plans and elevations for 20 No. turnstiles and entrance gates to include a new ticket booth at the Athlone Road Entrance of which 6 No. turnstiles will access the town end terrace and 14 No. turnstiles will access the Athlone Road End Terrace, to that which differs from previously granted under PD/19/359; (4). Revisions to location and type of fencing and gates surrounding the training pitch, to that which differs from previously granted under PD/19/359; (5). Existing Golf Links Road entrance to be relocated and set back approximately 8m, Install removable bollards at original location of gate; (6). Revisions to plans and elevations for 15 No. turnstiles and gates at the Golf Links Road entrance to that which differs from previously granted under PD/19/359; (7). Proposed car & coach parking layout along the front of the existing dressing rooms located to the side of the main stand; (8). Propose to construct 5 No. new turnstiles along the Athlone Road boundary to access the graveyard end terrace. This will involve minor alterations to the front façade to accommodate the 5 No. turnstiles and to relocate the entrance gate M3 in order to provide more direct access onto the existing emergency access route together with all associated site development works at
