INDEFINITE RETENTION of alterations to existing dwelling house as originally granted for under PD04/186 to include: 1. Alteration to 1st floor front elevation landing window, 2. Removal of 2 no. ground floor eastern elevation window opes and replacement with 1 no. larger window ope, 3. Installation of a Velux rooflight to eastern side elevation roof, 4. Installation of 3 no. Velux rooflights to the rear elevation roof, 5. Deletion of dormer apex to window to rear elevation staircase and installation of 2 no. additional window opes either side of same, 6. Alteration of 4 no. rear elevation 1st floor Juliet style doors to standard height window opes and 7. Deletion of western side elevation ground floor window ope to study.
