The development will consist of Outdoor Sports, Recreational and Wellbeing facilities: A building to provide changing rooms and storage facilities, two artificial grass multi-sport playing surfaces with surround fencing and lighting, a synthetic sprint track with lighting, recreational facilities and outdoor exercise equipment, walkways, boundary fencing, nature trail and seating. Biodiversity mitigation works to include creation of calcareous grassland areas, planting of native trees and shrubs, together with all associated site development and ancillary works.
